High potentials

In 2007, the company's High Potentials project, known as "APE" (Alta Potenziali Engineering), involved more than 100 employees selected on the basis of group assessments and individual interviews. The objective is to train future managers via a process developed on 4 fronts:

• providing a cultural reference framework to understand and overcome complexities
• enhancing managerial and communication skills
• internalising the concept of business ethics, the prerequisite for a solid relationship between the individual and an organised structure
• training managerial skills and developing business competences, stimulating the learning process of participants through a Network Business Game which runs parallel to classroom initiatives
