Cloe, a concrete Cloud computing solution to meet business needs
The Cloe platform combines Engineering experiences from both an application standpoint, where knowledge of processes and clients’ environments is fundamental, and in terms of technology and service delivery, with a wealth of expertise in delivering complex and high criticality services.
The result allows the expansion of the available offerings with new and more flexible options which are faster and are offered and managed with a service model which understands the needs and expectations of the most demanding clients, within and articulated and complex context.
Cloe comes with a wide portfolio of technological and application resources, delivered on demand, and features:

- Management portal: the necessary resources can be directly managed by the client via a secure and multi tenant web portal.
- Workflow: The most delicate system actions (such as resource deactivation) are managed via an approval workflow.
- Resource management: Resources are managed in a standard way via a dashboard and can be requested, activated, deactivated and removed independently.
- Use: The portal shows the client’s consumption of resources.

Cloe can be used independently by Clients or inserted in wider infrastructure or application services (such as application management, Service Desk, Desktop Management) by decreasing the time-to-market of projects and services and widening the portfolio of offered solutions.
The Cloe platform is part of a wider Engineering initiative with regard to cloud computing, which includes significant research activities, system integration, projects and development of “cloud-ready” products.
