An Italian company that creates and sells collectibles, home décor items and gifts, with almost 500 sales outlets (direct and indirect), several flagship stores and major logistics centres, has recently undergone a radical change, from a manufacturer of collectibles into a multi-channel retailer.

Our project aims at evolving company's retail model and digitally transforming its technological environments operating for omnichannel business areas. The end goal is to build a value-added customer relationship, creating a close synergy between traditional sales channels and new purchasing methods (e.g. e-commerce) through a wider range of “touchpoints”.


Our solution allows to receive, directly at home, the items available in the shop and ordered on a tablet with the support of the shop assistant. In addition, based on the customer’s data, each shop assistant is able to have a real time overview of their tastes and interests, for a greatly improved sales support process.

The project was conducted in partnership with Cegid, involving several application components (Cegid Y2, MyClientelling, Microsoft CRM, SAP ERP) and including the management of:
