PON Valu.E: a new digital ecosystem for INVALSI

We provided editorial, graphic and digital services, training and communication to support the evaluation and self-evaluation processes of the Italian school system.

Coordinated by the Innovation and Development Area of INVALSI (the Italian National Institute for the Evaluation of Education Systems), PON Valu.E is a multi-year project co-funded by the European Union and aimed at monitoring the National Evaluation System, to ensure constant control in support of the evaluation processes of schools in Italy and to define its competences.

The digital ecosystem of PON Value.E was designed by Engineering Interactive, starting with the brand identity, which is reflected in the individual services and tools that make up the project. For the design and development of the touchpoints, we used data-driven methodologies based on web analytics, participatory and user-centred, and we prioritised the use of open source for greater reusability.

Solution

The Valu.Egate portal - integrated with the RicercAperta digital repository, the Valu.Emag magazine and the Valu.Enews newsletter - offers full visibility of all the Project's activities with a dynamic and informative editorial approach.

The distance learning platform Valu.Elearn – with a chatbot assistant - combines asynchronous activities with the possibility to collaborate in virtual groups, thus promoting peer learning among schools.

Online surveys enable the collection of information and opinions from those involved, with a view to continuous improvement.

Live events, webcasts and videos maximise the visibility of the initiative, promoting it and increasing attendance levels.
