This solution lets you create an online shop by developing an e-commerce portal and an app (also designed for the b2b sector) that allows customers to choose products from virtual shelves. It arranges store picking, the system of order preparation and management in-store or at a dark store and delivery management/management of each stage of delivery: from the arrival of the customer to delivering their shopping.

It provides a customer care service thanks to the use of integrated analytical CRM which simultaneously analyses online and traditional sales data and customer engagement via continuous interaction with customers through SMS and email marketing campaigns and via engagement on the app.
