From July 8 to 12, the San Diego Convention Center will host the Esri User Conference 2019, this year’s edition focusing on the main theme “GIS-The Intelligent Nervous System”.
The “GIS and Augmented Reality to boost field activities and improve work safety” speech will see OverIT on stage to confirm once again its competence and introduce the Augmented, Mixed and Virtual Reality product SPACE1, which is designed to integrate with the GIS solutions used by its customers and is intended to enhance work safety, while bringing significant benefits to their business.
The showcase forms part of the “Innovation – Augmented Reality II” session, scheduled on Thursday, July 11 from 10:00 to 11:00. A major contribution will be that of Saudi client National Grid, which will share with visitors the remarkable benefits, in terms of simplified management of maintenance activities on the electrical network, deriving from the implementation of an Augmented Reality solution for the mobile retrieving of data
The world’s leading conference on GIS offers to its visitors five full days to experience over 1,000 sessions and more than 700 training hours to get to know and learn more about the latest innovations on GIS technology, thanks to the support of Esri technicians.
Visitors will benefit from the participation of over 300 exhibitors, to further develop their expertise through the technical workshops and presentations held by users and addressing the different business areas.
