With these objectives was born the project Il Lavoro Che Funziona ("The Work That Works") to rethink the many ways of operating in the workplace, addressed to the managers of Human Resources, Managers, Executives, Professionals and workers; people, companies and institutions who want to be inspired by good examples; to those who want to strengthen themselves and to do so try to keep fit and increase their skills.
The protagonist of the next talk is Andrea Longo - Media Market Director of Engineering - who will discuss with the four conductors of the project on the experience, the well-being practices of the company and for the company.
