On the occasion of the World Mental Health Day, the Tuscan Coordination of Associations for Mental Health, in collaboration with the institutions and local territorial bodies, organizes a non-competitive march on Sunday October 10th at 3.00 pm in some provinces of Tuscany, in compliance with covid guidelines.
The event aims to raise awareness among the population about the problems inherent in mental distress, which is constantly increasing among all segments of the population, and aims to promote the psychophysical well-being, a precious asset for all. The day was established in 1992 with the aim of promoting protection activities and informing citizens positively and correctly on issues relating to mental health. In particular, this year the day is dedicated to poverty: "Mental health in an unequal world".
Engineering promotes the event in Lucca, near the city walls, also with the active participation of some volunteers in support of the organization.
