Engineering and Ibermática, the Spanish IT services company, have signed a collaboration agreement, enabling them to integrate Engineering's powerful Net@Suite of specific Energy & Utility solutions, with the products it already offers on the energy and water markets. The alliance will cover the Spanish and Latin American markets, the areas where Ibermática mainly operates.
Engineering is the Italian market leader in Digital Transformation. With over 10,300 employees and more than 50 offices (in Italy, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Republic of Serbia, Brazil, Argentina and USA), the Group manages IT initiatives in over 20 countries.
The rapid growth of Engineering is significantly linked to the success of its business in the Energy & Utility sector, for which it has developed, and markets, the Net@Suite; one of the most powerful ERPs on the market with specific solutions and implementations in over 160 companies, including ENI Gas & Power, EON and ENGIE. Net@Suite, included in the Gartner Magic Quadrant Report since 2009, is considered by the latter and IDC to be one of the worldwide leading products for the Energy & Utility market. Ibermática will also integrate Geocall Work Force Management, an innovative modular software platform offered by Engineering for total operational management of in-field general and maintenance technicians in the largest international companies and also the Energy & Utility sector. Geocall WFM originates from the experience of the subsidiary OverIT and encompasses all the planning, scheduling, mobility and integration expertise with GIS systems to support companies managing teams and vehicles on the ground, coordinating and monitoring all the planned activities, optimizing works and ensuring compliance with stipulated contractual service standards. In line with process digitization, Geocall WFM today integrates the latest digital and mobile technologies, such as wearable, augmented, virtual and holographic realities.
