Net@SIU-Net@CRM Project for E.ON Energia

Engineering has supported E.ON in adopting the new business model required further to market deregulation.

The E.ON project concerned the development and implementation of Net@SIU, the application for metering, billing and credit management.

A module for department reporting has also been activated, for the metering, billing, credit and requests areas (Net@Intelligence); the system is integrated with the Net@CRM application for Customer Relationship Management and interfaces with other pre-existing applications.
