The registered users on the website can request substitution of the device and immediately receive a new one, add one to their own contract, activate additional options, adhere to new promotions, change their own travel and personal data and check the status of payments.

Users have the possibility of managing their own contract in a simple, intuitive, immediate manner, without needing assistance from Telepass staff.
