Entities to manage service agreements with the various TPL companies, perform real-time/deferred monitoring of TPL services, certify services provided through their monitoring and control, monitor the quality of services delivered through comparison between those planned and those implemented and verify agreed quality parameters, perform statistical analyses and create/produce reporting, manage the history of the services provided by the various TPL companies, perform analyses in support of increasingly accurate knowledge of the features of the services and verification of the compliance of the offer with demand in relation to the territory;
Clients of companies to provide, through a responsive (mobile device-friendly) portal, all the information on mobility in the territorial area of reference, search for integrated multichannel and multivariate journey solutions that better meet their needs, and purchase travel tickets.
