Digital Ecosystem
The solution allows customers to browse vehicles that are not physically available in the showroom but are in other dealerships or depots, offering the possibility of booking an appointment with a salesperson in the showroom or a test drive. The system pemits customers to scan, via app, a set of “favorite” vehicles within a fleet, and then receive remote or on-site assistance from the salesperson. It makes available the consultation of informational material (photos, descriptions, data, information pages on financing, offers, leasing and any supplementary services.
