The challenge was to bring the customer on a cloud platform, with the aim to reduce time and costs for his approval processes.
After the analysis phase, the team passed to the development of a SharePoint Online based (customized with SharePoint Framework) solution, using Power Automate as process engine.
Since the beginning, an interesting solution as been drawn: the full project version counts at least 10 different approval flows, but during the pilot the team realized a parametric implementation to cover all the scenarios.
