The German division of an Italian Group leader in the Energy sector needed to digitalize its processes, based on paper and Lotus Notes.
The challenge was to bring the customer on a cloud platform, with the aim to reduce time and costs for his approval processes.

Solution
Pilot scope was on migrating a Lotus Notes app and its processes.
After the analysis phase, the team passed to the development of a SharePoint Online based (customized with SharePoint Framework) solution, using Power Automate as process engine.
Since the beginning, an interesting solution as been drawn: the full project version counts at least 10 different approval flows, but during the pilot the team realized a parametric implementation to cover all the scenarios.
