    Initiatives designed to build key competencies and support professional growth through targeted development pathways, aimed at diverse groups such as people with disabilities belonging to protected categories, young professionals under 30, and recent female graduates with non‑STEM backgrounds.
  • Webinars
    Organized with our DEI Communities, informative webinars deep dive topics aligned with our DEI Strategy and open to all employees with the aim to raise awareness and knowledge on crucial topics.
  • Mandatory Training Programs
    Focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to ensure a fair and respectful work environment with both targeted audiences and Company-wide offerings.
  • Inclusive Language Guidelines
    Tools for all employees to promote respectful and inclusive communication within the company adapted in English and Italian and with the input of our DEI Communities.

ENG signs onto the Avviso #RiParto

Supporting Parenthood is a concrete step toward a more inclusive work environment that fosters authentic connections between work, family, and the community.

To facilitate a parent’s return to work and promote work-life balance after a leave of absence due to the addition of a child to their family, we have signed onto the Avviso #RiParto, an initiative made possible by the President of the Council of Ministers – Department for Family Policies.

Empower Next Gen: Eng & Codemotion

A training initiative dedicated to more than 200 female students from 11 high schools across Italy. Developed in collaboration with Codemotion, the project includes the active participation of young female Data Scientists who serve as Role Models, sharing their personal journeys as women professionals in the STEM field.

Empower Next Gen is born out of the awareness that the gender gap in the technology sector remains significant. Its goal is to inspire the next generation of female innovators and technology professionals by giving students the tools to become drivers of change, learning how to create using the most advanced technologies.

Engineering & Valore D: together for a better future

Joining Valore D commits the entire Engineering organization to active participation in various initiatives.

These include training courses, research on DEI topics, and opportunities for discussion between companies, with the aim of raising awareness on these crucial topics and pursuing a genuinely inclusive workplace.

This partnership represents a significant step towards creating a truly inclusive and equitable work environment and confirms Engineering’s commitment to dialogue with the business community on the issues of diversity and inclusion.

#ThinkInclusively


The Think Inclusively campaign was born out of our reflection on how to concretely support the cause of diversity and inclusion. We began to explore the meaning of the words Diversity and Inclusion in depth within Engineering, and through conversations with various colleagues, unique and wonderful personal and professional stories emerged.

These stories have enriched us, offering hope for a fairer and more inclusive future and allowing us to deeply understand the daily challenges that each of us faces.

Think Inclusively represents this journey of storytelling, showcasing life stories and unique moments, making Engineering a company that is inclusive, attentive to individual peculiarities, and committed to building a better future.
