Engineering Albania was proud to participate as a Forum Partner at the Future2Tech Fair, held on October 9–10. The event brought together leading voices in technology, business, and education to discuss the future of ICT in Albania and the Western Balkans.

Highlighting Innovation and Impact

Two standout talks from Engineering Group leaders marked our presence. 

• Chirica-Orhei Delia, Nearshore Director, spoke on "Innovation for Education," addressing the importance of aligning education with workforce needs, and the challenges of talent development and emigration. 

• Emanuele Cacciatore, Director of Offering, Innovation, and Go-to-Market, delivered a dynamic session titled "Stop Talking About AI... and Start Using It," emphasizing the transformative power of AI in enhancing productivity and business outcomes.
