Inaccessible Content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons: non-compliance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004:

●      C.9.1.1.1 – Some non-text content presented to users does not have a text alternative that serves the same purpose;

●      C.9.1.2.2 – Some pre-recorded audio content lacks synchronized captions;

●      C.9.1.3.1 – In some cases, information, structure, or relationships conveyed through presentation cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available via text);

●      C.9.1.4.3 – The visual presentation of text and images containing text does not always meet the minimum required contrast ratio, except for exceptions provided by the regulations (e.g., logos);

●      C.9.1.4.5 – In some cases, text images are used instead of plain text and are neither customizable nor essential to the type of information conveyed;

●      C.9.1.4.10 – Content that does not require two-dimensional presentation (such as data tables or maps) does not reflow when the user agent's display size changes;

●      C.9.1.4.11 – For some essential components, even in various states, the color contrast against adjacent elements does not exceed the 3:1 ratio;

●      C.9.2.1.1 – Some functionality cannot be operated using only a keyboard (or similar input interface);

●      C.9.2.2.2 – Some automatically triggered animations, flashing, scrolling, or auto-updating information that lasts more than five seconds or runs in parallel with other content lack mechanisms to pause or hide them;

●      C.9.2.4.1 – There is no mechanism to skip blocks of content repeated on multiple web pages;

●      C.9.2.4.2 – Some web pages do not have titles that describe their topic or purpose;

●      C.9.2.4.3 – On some web pages that can be navigated sequentially and where navigation sequence affects meaning or functionality, some focusable elements do not follow a logical focus order;

●      C.9.2.4.4 – The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text alone or from the link text combined with adjacent content;

●      C.9.2.4.6 – Headings and/or labels do not adequately describe content or functionality;

●      C.9.2.4.7 – Some interactive elements lack a visible focus indicator;

●      C.9.2.5.1 – Some functionality requiring multi-point or path-based gestures cannot be operated with a single pointer;

●      C.9.2.5.3 – For some user interface components with labels that include text or images of text, the name read by assistive technologies does not include the visually presented text;

●      C.9.4.1.2 – In some cases, user interface components (such as form elements, links, and script-generated components…) have incorrect or unset names, roles, states, properties, and values, or users and assistive technologies are not notified when these change;

The assessment was conducted by third parties through objective and subjective analyses (see Article 3, Paragraph 1, of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523).

The statement was last reviewed on April 17, 2025, in line with the recommendation to periodically (at least annually) review the accuracy of the information in this accessibility statement.
