Innovation and sustainability take center stage.

At one of Italy’s most prestigious universities – the University of Naples Federico II – Engineering will lead an in-person lecture on Sustainable Digital Accounting, as part of the Digital Accounting course taught by Professor Rosanna Spano.

The session, scheduled for November 19, will feature two modules designed to give students a comprehensive view of the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation:

  • Digital Accounting & ESG: Sustainability and Innovation in Banking
    Led by Gabriele Massa, Digital Process Advisor at Nexen Business Consulting, this module will explore the role of data management in banking accounting, with a focus on data quality and data governance. Through real-world examples and a hands-on exercise, students will learn how to turn compliance challenges into drivers of sustainable innovation.

  • Engineering: Values, Technologies, and Career Opportunities
    Vincenzo Avella, Recruiting Team Lead – New Graduates, will present the company, its values, and the technologies that have driven digital transformation in Italy and worldwide for over 40 years. The session will outline entry paths, training programs, and open positions, with special attention to opportunities in Naples and other Italian offices.
