Engineering is a sponsor of the 2025 edition, which will be held online from November 18th to 20th. Over the three days, the discussion will focus on the future economic scenario and the outlook for various industrial sectors.

Guido Porro, Executive Vice President of Engineering, will speak on Wednesday, November 19th, from 2:00 p.m. to 2:40 p.m. with a presentation titled: “Concrete Cases of AI in Industry: Analysis and Strategic Conclusions”, illustrating the fields of AI, the key technologies of the industrial digital ecosystem, and the applications and projects currently being developed according to a vertical logic enabled by EngGpt, the generative model developed by Engineering and dedicated to building AI solutions for the enterprise market.

Luigi Manca, Director of Simulation and Decision Science Practice of Engineering Industry eXcellence, will lead the session “Agentic AI, the New Automation Embedded in Factory Processes” on November 19th, from 2:20 p.m. to 2:40 p.m., exploring the topic of agentic AI within the factory and how this technology is changing the paradigm of industrial automation.

Federico Battistella, Director of product management at Engineering, will speak on Thursday, November 20th, from 1:05 p.m. to 1:20 p.m. with a presentation titled: “AI and Innovation: Turning Processes into Value for Energy & Utilities with Engineering’s Neta Platform”. He will explore how, in the context of the energy transition, utilities can generate new industrial value by fully leveraging data and advanced digital platforms. He will present the case of the Neta platform, developed to optimize processes, operational decisions, and customer value, showing how AI can become a multiplier of efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness without disrupting existing models and infrastructures.
