Engineering will take part in the event organized by the University of Pisa, which will be held on February 12th 2026 at the Le Benedettine Conference Center – Aula B. The event will bring together institutions, academia, and the productive sector to address the topic of the Fifth Industrial Revolution, discussing the challenges related to the adoption of AI in innovation processes, sustainability, and social responsibility.

Federico Dell’Acqua, General Manager Retail Products at Engineering, will speak from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM in the panel “Innovation and Responsibility: Large-Scale Retail and Food Ethics,” discussing how innovation is a fundamental pillar for making markets more efficient by reducing waste, and how we at Engineering, through our proprietary MarketSuite platform, are working in this direction.
