Career Workshop: a double Interview with HR at Bocconi

The event at Bocconi University, which will be held in English, will feature a double interview with two HR professionals from different companies. Stefano Semenza, Talent Acquisition Manager at Eng will be joined by a representative from Kering, with the discussion moderated by Bocconi Career Service.

The two-way conversation will offer students different perspectives and first-hand insights into the world of recruitment, exploring the main stages of the selection process, from application screening and interviews to the final decision and onboarding.

The event will also provide an opportunity to explore the relationship between company culture and talent acquisition, share practical advice on how to approach job interviews with greater confidence, and discover the latest trends transforming recruitment.
