Public Sector Innovation Day 2026

On November 4, Eng will take part in Public Sector Innovation Day, Salesforce’s event dedicated to innovation and digital transformation in the Public Administration sector.

The event provides an important opportunity for dialogue among central government bodies, local authorities, and in-house companies, exploring how data, digital platforms, and autonomous agents are transforming the way institutions and public organizations interact with citizens, patients, businesses, and employees.

The spotlight will be on the key innovations unveiled at Dreamforce, Salesforce’s flagship event of the year: from the power of the Native AI Platform to the new possibilities enabled by its integration with Claude, featuring live demos and real-world use cases showing how AI can make Public Administration more proactive and efficient in serving citizens.

At 2:45 PM, Eng, together with Gianluca Sorgenti, CIO of ABC Napoli, will take part in the session “ABC Napoli & Engineering: with Salesforce, public services evolve, from citizens to local communities.” This will be an opportunity to share concrete experiences and use cases on how to address challenges and seize the opportunities of digital transformation together.

The experience of ABC Napoli also opens up a broader reflection on Public Administration: digital transformation is not only about technology, but also an opportunity to rethink the organization, management, and delivery of public services, placing the needs of citizens and local communities at the center.
