Argo Tractors is a reality that brings together under one name three historical brands in the tractor world: Landini, McCormick and Valpadana. With the goal of creating a tractor hub of global significance Argo Tractors SpA was born, a company that ranks among the most important players in the Western world.

The project included an analysis phase to understand areas for improvement and needs, which enabled the definition of a medium- to long-term CRM strategy with a rollout declined over 3 waves: development of a CRM for Argo Tractors branches to manage data and requests related to leads and customers, multichannel campaigns, surveys; extension to Argo Tractors dealers to manage branch-generated lead and customer requests, contacts, activities and opportunities developed locally; and campaign management. The project involved 8 branches and 700 dealers, with increased requests for quotes and tractor demos and increased efficiency in managing contacts generated by trade shows, data-driven campaigns, newsletters, automated survey for new customers.
