Challenge
Rai possesses an extensive and valuable content library, whose exploitation has long posed a corporate challenge. On one hand, the company must ensure effective and efficient management; on the other, its mission is to make this content accessible to users, enhancing a personalised user experience with high-quality, on-demand access anywhere and anytime. 
Approach
Our client needed a partner capable of making their content available on new platforms and mobile devices, as well as adapting it into formats compatible with modern technologies. Since September 2020, we have been developing apps and web portals to make this content easily accessible to end users. From the beginning, the project strategy has focused on building flexible, multi-disciplinary teams able to ensure both service quality and long-term sustainability, while rapidly adapting to the client’s evolving needs. The chosen development methodology is Agile.
Solution

We are active in the areas of backend, frontend and mobile and support Rai in the following activities:

  • Setting evolution guidelines for the CMS and frontend.
  • Delivering a seamless user experience across all platforms.
  • Developing software and updates that enhance the use of apps on other devices.
  • Redefining players to optimise performance when using apps, 
  • Code analysis and rewriting, library management for app optimisation on smartphones, tablets and smart devices TV, SEO services for RaiNews and RaiPlay.
