We supported a leading financial services provider by initiating a study of the Request To Pay solution at a national level to maximise the value of instant payments.

- ‘Quick Assessment’: the analysis of the RTP rulebook, the analysis of the As-Is product portfolio, the identification of use cases and the definition of a preliminary To-Be model
- ‘Product design’: detailed analysis of use cases and identification of pilot projects, as well as the search for potential partnerships (e.g. with fintechs), identification of SEAs and scenario analysis
- 'Product setup‘: feasibility study, a business case and the definition of an implementation strategy
- 'Go to market‘: the definition of a roadmap, identification of governance and stakeholders, as well as project management and a communication campaign to promote the solution developed.
