Engineering and Atlantic Technologies bring expertise and vision to the Agentforce World Tour Milano

Moderated by Federica Portanuova, Account Client/Partner Market, the session will feature Luca Loli, Head of Digital Business Partner – Marketing & Mobility Services at Enilive, Elisa Boscolo, CEO of Boscolo Tours, Walter Rizzi, Deputy General Manager at Banca AideXa, and Luca Iacovino, Head of Digital Solutions & Agile Practice at ENGIE Italia. They will share how they’ve transformed their operational models by enabling AI and the power of data to deliver smart, personalized experiences at every stage of the digital journey. The session will also include a look ahead to the next 12–24 months, identifying key focus areas and scenarios for evolving AI use.

In the theatre session “Modula: Sales and Service Agentforce-Ready for a Manufacturing Boost”, Massimiliano Gigli, CEO & Market Operations Director of Modula, moderated by Angela Colucci, VP Strategy and Business Development at Atlantic Technologies, will present the innovative multicloud project developed with Atlantic / Engineering. The initiative focuses on customer experience and enhancing the efficiency of AI-enabled sales, service, and marketing processes.
