Engineering, among the leaders in Digital Transformation in Italy with a significant international presence, announces the appointment of Massimiliano Monfreda as Executive Vice President Financial Services.

Reporting directly to CEO Aldo Bisio, in his new role Monfreda will be responsible for driving the development of the Financial Services market and the horizontal Consulting line, considered a strategic lever to expand the value offered to clients and generate new business opportunities.

In addition to leading Engineering’s Financial Services Business Unit, Monfreda will oversee:

Massimiliano Monfreda brings over twenty years of international experience in technology, consulting, and professional services, with a well-established specialization in Financial Services. Throughout his career, he has gained significant expertise in business development, management of strategic clients, and leadership of transformation projects for banks, insurance companies, and large, complex organizations.

His professional journey has developed within leading multinational environments, including Bain & Company, IBM, BearingPoint, DXC Technology, and Oracle, where he held roles of increasing responsibility in consulting and business development.

More recently, he served as SVP Global Strategic Initiatives, leading strategic initiatives focused on the Financial Services market and on the development of partnerships and clients at both national and international levels.

With this appointment, Engineering further strengthens its positioning in the Financial Services sector, consolidating its consulting capabilities and accelerating the Group’s growth and innovation path.
