Fitch affirms Engineering's rating and improved the Outlook to Positive from Stable

Engineering announces that Fitch Ratings has affirmed the company’s long-term rating at “B” and revised the Outlook to Positive from Stable.

The Agency’s decision reflects expectations that the proceeds from the disposals of Alfahealth, completed in early October, and of the IndX Group, expected to close by the end of 2026, will primarily be used to reduce debt, subject to market conditions, contributing to a stronger financial profile for the Group.

In support of its assessment, Fitch also highlights Engineering’s strong market position in Italy, its resilient performance in the first half of 2026, and its sharper focus on proprietary Software Products and Digitech and Consulting activities.
