Join the new edition of the CRM Observatory.

The eighth edition of the CRM Observatory, the independent research born in 2015 by C-Direct Consulting with the aim of deepening and monitoring the approach and technologies used by Italian companies to manage their Customer Base and related processes, is kicking off.

Also this year the survey is carried out in collaboration with our CRM & CX Consulting team and will be open until next February. 

Focus of this edition will be data and analytics, the engine of CRM whose information assets, if valued and analyzed, are able to guide management decisions and direct their business. 

By participating in the research, at the end of the questionnaire, you will be able to download the "7 Years of CRM Observatory" infographic with key insights from the last seven editions compared. And you will also reserve a place at the free training workshop dedicated to CRM to be held in February 2023.
