On October 8, 2026, the Engineering Group, following up on what was announced on June 17, said it had completed the sale of all the shares of Alfahealth S.p.A. to Accenture. The closing comes after the conditions set out in the agreement were met and the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities were obtained, including those regarding Antitrust and Golden Power.
