Engineering Software Lab Serbia participated in the Data Science Conference Europe 2025, the leading global event dedicated to Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. Held from November 17 to 21, the conference brought together thousands of experts and industry leaders from around the world.

For the first time, Engineering Serbia officially joined the event’s partner network, taking on the role of Silver Partner. By partnering with DSC Europe 2025, our team contributed to the international tech community at the forefront of AI development, while strengthening Engineering’s visibility across the global innovation landscape.

Throughout the week, our colleagues had the opportunity to engage with peers and professionals, discussing emerging trends, evolving technologies, and best practices shaping the future of AI and Data Science.

A key moment of the event was the presentation by Dunja Adžić Jovanović, Technical Manager for Application Modernization and Cybersecurity, who was invited as one of the conference speakers. Her lecture, “AI and Cybersecurity: Defending Data in the Era of Generative AI”, explored how artificial intelligence is transforming modern cybersecurity. Dunja highlighted the dual nature of AI — on one side enabling increasingly sophisticated threats, and on the other providing powerful tools to strengthen digital defenses and build trust in complex systems.
