On the occasion of World Youth Skills Day, Engineering Group launches the second edition of Empower Next Gen, in partnership with Codemotion.

Following the success of last year’s edition – which saw over 100 high school girls from across Italy trained in digital skills – the collaboration with Codemotion continues in 2025.
Once again, Engineering aims to bring more young women closer to the world of Artificial Intelligence through a series of hands-on and engaging PCTO workshops, led by some of our experts in Data Science.

The Empower Next Gen project aspires to broaden the skills of the younger generation – especially girls – helping them make informed and conscious choices about their future, in line with the values promoted by the UN on this day.
