In 2024, we conducted an eight-month trial at Eng, involving 70 software developers from 10 different development teams working on real business projects, to evaluate the impact of generative AI on software development. In 2025, we industrialized this adoption, extending its use to thousands of people within the company.

We are experimenting with the use of GenAI across the entire digital product and service development chain, not just coding.

The experience and awareness gained along this journey drive us to promote public debate on open challenges and opportunities.
