Future at Work: Skills, Inclusion and Innovation
Engineering will take part in the round tables organized by the Career Guidance Office of the School of Polytechnic and Basic Sciences (SPSB) at the University of Naples Federico II — an initiative designed to provide students with practical tools, insights, and skills to successfully enter the job market, with a special focus on Digital Transformation.
The discussion will focus on four key themes for professional growth:

With extensive experience in behavioral training, she will provide a strategic overview of Soft Skills: why they matter, how to develop them, and which transversal abilities are most valued in modern workplaces. Through real-life examples and Eng best practices, she will show how these skills empower growth and long-term success.Adriana Carotenuto | Innovation, Consulting & Partnerships Division
She will address the topic of women in the workplace and inclusion, analyzing Italian trends, company-led gender equity initiatives, and the key elements of the EU Directive 2023/970 on Pay Transparency. Her focus will be on the core challenge: ensuring fair access to roles and leadership positions based on merit and competence.
This event strengthens the dialogue between academia and business, promoting a professional culture founded on merit, inclusion, innovation, and continuous growth.
