Engineering will take part in the University of Padova within the course Management for Sustainable Firms, taught by Professor Marco Paiola. Guest speaker for the lecture will be Alberto Torresan, Senior Client Manager at Eng.

During the session, the main trends driving the evolution of business models toward digital and sustainable transformation will be explored, along with how organizations can create value by reshaping their processes.

The contribution will focus on a key aspect: digital transformation is not just a technological matter, but a shift in mindset. Technology enables strategies, but the real engine of change is a company’s ability to rethink products, services, and customer relationships through an increasingly data‑driven approach.

There will also be a discussion on the main organizational challenges: from resistance to change and the presence of legacy systems, to the growing need for digital skills and the maturity required for effective data management.
