On May 21, 2025, the Padua Trade Fair will host a new edition of the University of Padua Career Day, as part of the Università Aperta program, an initiative promoted by the Career Service aimed at fostering direct interaction between the academic world and professional organizations.

More than 90 companies will take part in the event, including local, national, and multinational organizations operating across various sectors, each providing dedicated booths to engage directly with students and graduates.

During the day, participants will be able to:

• meet ENG Human Resources representatives at the company booth;
• take part in short, open‑access introductory interviews, with the opportunity to present their CVs;
• attend training and career‑orientation workshops focused on labor market dynamics and the most in‑demand skills;
• explore job, internship, and career development opportunities, as well as application processes and recruitment procedures adopted by participating companies.

The Università Aperta Career Day is a free initiative open to students and graduates of the University of Padua and represents one of the key opportunities for dialogue between academic education and the world of work.

Taking part in the event allows attendees to connect directly with companies, gain a better understanding of labor market needs, and more consciously shape their professional paths.
