Engineering is taking part in the LUISS Career Day, one of the main Rome‑based events dedicated to connecting students, recent graduates, and the world of work.

Throughout the day—focused on recruiting and career orientation—students will have the opportunity to engage directly with Engineering’s Talent Acquisition team, explore current job opportunities, and gain insight into entry paths and growth opportunities within the Group.

Engineering’s participation will also be enriched by the presence of two colleagues, LUISS alumnae, who will share their professional experiences: Serena, now a PMO Advisor, and Ginevra, Solutions Advisor.

The LUISS Career Day, held at the Viale Romania Campus, features dedicated desks for meetings with recruiters and introductory and motivational interviews, and is aimed at master’s degree students, LUISS Master’s program participants, and recent graduates.

Through this participation, Engineering strengthens its dialogue with students and recent graduates in the business and management fields, as well as with profiles from hybrid, digitally‑oriented and technology‑driven backgrounds, including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data science, and digital transformation & innovation.
