Managing organizations today: Eng shares Its experience at Politecnico di Milano

Eng Returns to Politecnico of Milan to Discuss Organizational Design and Transformation.

Renewing a long-standing collaboration, Eng will return to the classroom as part of the Business Organization course within the Management Engineering degree program at Politecnico di Milano, at the invitation of Professor Raffaella Cagliano.

The session will feature several colleagues from the HR function: Nicola Loffredo (Organization & Labour Cost Senior Manager), Dario Giannoccaro (Group Organization, Compensation & Global Mobility), and Silvia Stretti (Senior HR Business Partner), who will share with students their expertise, experiences, and real-world case studies gained within a technology company undergoing continuous transformation.

Following an introduction to the Group, the discussion will focus on the role of organizational design, illustrating what it means to shape and manage organizational structures within a large enterprise and the contribution this function makes to growth and transformation processes.

The agenda will also include a focus on Engineering’s organizational transformation journey and the presentation of several practical case studies, with the aim of bringing students closer to the challenges and dynamics that characterize the evolution of organizations today.
