Bonatti is an international contractor in the energy sector, leveraging 80 years of experience. Its expertise encompasses the entire project lifecycle: from engineering, procurement, and construction to the operation and maintenance of plants and pipelines. Bonatti set out to build AI awareness across the organization, helping teams understand what AI is, how it works, and the value it can create across business, processes, and people, while defining key priorities and a strategic roadmap to modernize and future-proof operations.

Through our structured AI End-to-End Journey, Bonatti was guided from awareness to action. The program combined training, workshops, and strategic consulting, engaging executives and staff to explore tailored use cases and define a concrete AI roadmap aligned with business goals. The initiative included 10 training sessions, and 12 customized use cases were analyzed, turning acquired knowledge into actionable insights that could be immediately applied.

The journey concluded with a hands-on phase, where teams analyzed real use cases and defined a practical strategy for integrating AI into core processes, transforming inspiration into a clear, actionable roadmap.
Building on this foundation, the initiative will be extended to a broader audience, further strengthening the company’s culture of innovation. The company will focus on reengineering the priority processes identified during the workshops and on implementing concrete AI solutions that deliver measurable value.
