Our client is an international non-profit organization that promotes ethics and good governance in sport, supporting initiatives that connect sports, culture, and education. It works with public and private institutions to leverage sport as a driver for social good and oversees the sale of broadcasting rights. The organization needed to evolve and keep pace with a rapidly changing sector to ensure sustainable, long-term growth.

We designed a digital transformation program focused on adopting a hybrid cloud model for the IT infrastructure. The approach combines private and public cloud services and is supported by a detailed evolutionary roadmap outlining timelines, objectives, and the internal and external resources required.

With Engineering D.HUB, we launched a gradual transformation of the on-premise infrastructure toward multiple Cloud platforms, adopting a pay-per-use model. The project’s success was driven by a coordinated framework of processes, expertise, and tools aligned with the most advanced Cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Security was treated as a foundational element, leveraging WAF, CDN, and XDR technologies and integrating solutions from leading providers such as Akamai and Microsoft.
Supported by a 24/7 operations team and by our Continuity and Disaster Recovery services delivered from the Pont-Saint-Martin Data Center, we ensured full security, availability, and reliability across all IT services.
