We support one of the leading Italian Telco groups in its digital and cultural transformation by designing eLearning solutions to develop skills and evolve operational and managerial models.

The Group faced the challenge of updating the skills of a large and diverse workforce, with a significant presence of senior employees, while enabling a widespread digital transformation that could ensure cultural alignment, content quality, and engagement of managers and employees at scale.
Approach
Engineering adopted an integrated approach, grounded in the analysis of the organizational context and aligned with the client’s values and culture. The instructional design prioritized effective multimedia formats, storytelling, and accessible language, ensuring methodological rigor, design flexibility, and long-term continuity.

Digital Ecosystem

The solution involved the design and delivery of a portfolio of eLearning products tailored to different corporate targets, aimed at supporting the Group’s digital and cultural transformation. It included management modules on leadership and feedback (Feedback Project), upskilling pathways for digital competencies (Digital Communication Toolkit), and courses supporting performance processes (Performance Management).

Content was developed in alignment with organizational processes and culture, integrating multimedia, storytelling, and real-life use cases. The modular and scalable approach enabled the extension of courses and integration with additional initiatives, supporting a continuous learning model.
