Challenge
Our customer, a leading telecommunications operator in Italy, needed to investigate compliance with company procedures, analyze employee sentiment and understand their level of engagement, especially during and after the Covid-19 emergency, when the company was forced to adapt and change the way they manage and engage employees.
Approach
We put employees at the heart of the customer's corporate vision, involving them and making them an integral part of the evolution of the company's systems. This was achieved by first implementing Qualtrics and then integrating the solution with SAP Success Factors: we at Engineering are the first in Italy to integrate Qualtrics with SAP Success Factors.
Solution
We have conducted several surveys to detect the level of employee engagement. In particular, "Return to Work Pulse" and "Remote Work Pulse". We exploited the full potential of the tool by integrating it with SAP Success Factors, synchronising the Qualtrics Employee Directory with the employees database. This integration allowed us to have a structured and always up-to-date repository, based on targeted surveys whose purpose is to improve business processes and awareness of the ongoing digital transformation. Our consultancy approach allowed us to add value to business processes by analysing and evaluating the results obtained through Qualtrics: experience management platform.
