Plenitude, a Benefit Corporation of the Eni Group that makes a continuous positive impact on people, communities and the environment through its unique model in the market, was looking to quickly implement new payment tools and platforms that improve and simplify the customer experience.
We implemented a strategic and AGILE approach that involved conducting incremental testing, monitoring results and deliberately scaling the solution across the company's customer base.
When developing the payment solution, we focused on easy integration and the use of PagoPA functionalities.

The solution consists of our all-in-one platform Net@Pay and cloud services (SaaS) via Engpay Net@Suite's modular and scalable architecture enabled the payment solution to be developed and connected to key market providers in a short period of time.
