Having also received the AGID accreditation as a qualified Cloud Provider for the provision of services to Public Administration, our client reaches the market with a channel of selected distributors and Business Partners In Italy, and needed to optimize the billing processes along the parent-child chain.

Thanks to Cloudesire, our Cloud Marketplace Platform, our client manages to automate the self-provisioning workflows as well as to govern the billing processes along the parent-child chain. The REST API layer allows to interact with its internal systems (CRM, ERP, cloud orchestrator) by providing its resellers a set of self-service functionalities for issuing purchase orders to the end users, monitoring the ongoing costs, and upselling activities.
