Our Client, an Italian luxury brand with over 363 stores worldwide, needed to optimize workforce management in its stores to enhance customer service, reduce administrative burden, simplify operations, align business productivity with employee needs, and achieve financial goals in an increasingly competitive retail market.
Approach
Alongside our client , we implemented the UKG WFM PRO Cloud platform and provided strategic advisory on retail workforce management. This collaboration combined technology and business expertise to meet the client’s specific operational needs in managing its global store network.
Solution

We co-designed a tailored solution to meet the operational needs of retail stores, integrating key functionalities:

  • Integrated traffic and in-store sales forecasting with workforce planning, to quickly adjust staffing levels based on expected demand
  • Optimized scheduling that balances business goals, contractual constraints, and employee preferences
  • Timekeeping and accrual management for accurate tracking of worked hours, absences, and overtime, with automatic data transfer to the payroll system
  • Mobile app for employees and managers, providing constant access to shifts, time-off requests, and balances from any device
  • The solution is already live in EMEA, Japan, and the Americas, and will be progressively rolled out to APAC, Korea, and China
