Challenge
The project was launched under Measure B2.2 of the National Complementary Program to the NRRP and is based on a Special Public-Private Partnership (SPPP) between Municipia, a company of the Engineering Group, and the Municipality of Norcia.
Approach
The SPPP is an innovative tool that enables the creation of strategic synergies between public administrations and private entities, with the goal of restoring value to historical, cultural, and social heritage in a sustainable, integrated, and participatory way. Municipia supports the Municipality of Norcia through investments, expertise in museum management and enhancement, and tailored solutions.

Municipia contributes to the implementation of the project through the creation of a digital ecosystem (portal, mobile app & multimedia guide, e-ticketing, personalized digital services such as the Culture Card, and immersive content to enhance visitor engagement), a new brand, and digital and local marketing actions to promote Norcia’s museum and cultural heritage.
The project includes an innovative museum management model based on multimedia, accessibility, and participation, supported by private investment for the setup of museum services.
