Once applications have been submitted, the evaluation phase requires the analysis of heterogeneous documents, the application of often complex criteria, and the assurance of consistent assessments across operators and procedures. Managing this process manually extends the time required for contract award decisions.
Solution
EngGPT analyzes the documentation submitted for each application, including scanned documents and PDFs, extracts relevant information, and verifies eligibility and compliance with the tender requirements.
It applies predefined evaluation criteria, calculates and justifies scores by citing supporting evidence from the documentation, highlights inconsistencies and potential anomalies, and prepares a draft scoring proposal.
Evaluation staff retain full control over all final decisions (human in the loop) and all discretionary assessment criteria.
On-premises processing ensures that data remains within the organization’s perimeter, providing maximum control and security.
