AI at the Service of the Protocol is Municipia's innovative solution to transform document management in Public Administrations into an intelligent, fast and highly efficient process.

The solution implements an NLP classifier trained on the Administration's historical data. It is natively integrated with Municipia’s JEnte system, but is designed and already capable of interoperating with the main document management and protocol systems available on the market. It provides a dedicated dashboard through which operators can validate the generated predictions, each accompanied by a precise confidence score. The system's flexibility allows automation thresholds to be set: above certain values, PEC registration can fully automated with no human intervention. The model ensures continuous learning: every operator action (confirmation or correction) acts as feedback to retrain the AI and improve its accuracy over time. Municipia, a company of the Eng Group, oversees the entire lifecycle, from the initial calibration on the Administration's archive to technical support for the optimal configuration of automation levels.
