Use Case

Warehouse Automation for Fast and Accurate Fulfillment

ABSTRACT
Automated storage systems boost productivity and reduce errors. The integration with MarketSuite ensures seamless operations, connecting vertical cabinets and smart picking to retail workflows.

Where: international
Mission
Enable retailers to leverage automated warehouses for faster, error-free order fulfillment. The goal is to integrate advanced storage technologies with existing systems, improving productivity and reducing costs.
Solution
The solution integrates automated storage units, vertical cabinets with up to 1,000 products per unit, into the retailer’s ecosystem. Movements are automated, and picking follows a goods-to-man approach supported by pick-to-light technology. Mobile or fixed picking carts enhance flexibility. The system synchronizes inventory data, manages shelf life, and reduces manual interventions. This automation minimizes human error, accelerates repetitive tasks, and optimizes space utilization, delivering a scalable and cost-efficient fulfillment process.
