Solution
Thanks to Neta's architectural features of the Neta Open Suite Datalakehouse and API Management layers that enable interaction from/to other systems outside MDM Energy and the use of specific standard API connectors to the SAP Billing system, an end-to-end process is enabled, standardizing the communication points between the different systems of the Customers' application map.
Furthermore, by applying Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques for the validation of the measures, the Billing system will be able to produce billings based on real consumption, with a decrease in disputes and defaulting customers reduction
